Trans Pacific Energy Partners Limited Partnerships are engaged in oil and gas investment activities in Kansas and Oklahoma. The General Partner, Trans Pacific Management LLC manages with specific investment goals and timing, and with guidance on certain transactions by a Board of Advisors consisting of the largest Limited Partners. The partnership format provides liability protections, the ability to react quickly upon marketplace opportunities, investment diversification and administrative ease for the limited partners. Trans Pacific formed its’ first Limited Partnership in 1987 the three active Partnerships were formed in 2010, 2012 and 2014, respectively.
